Problem

StortEskens have a team of twelve in-field engineers fulfilling 24/7 service and maintenance contracts to some of the UK’s leading retailers.

Keeping a mobile workforce connected, tracked and traced is therefore a fundamental requirement to success.

Solution

As well as TomTom Telematics, G-Force helped the client to deploy tablet devices to all field-based engineers. These then act as ‘All On Mobile’ job management and record keeping devices, seamlessly connecting the workforce to HQ operations.

All field engineers are now supplied with mobile phone hardware and SIM card data connectivity, sharing data from a cost effective group plan.

With the development of remote monitoring technologies on many new tinting machines, G-Force were also able to support round the clock WiFi connectivity to remote devices which offers StortEskens comprehensive 24/7 diagnosis capabilities.
