Problem

Consolidating four locations, each using independent telephony systems, into one solution can seem like a nightmare to many.

Down-time and off-air communications constitutes a no-go zone for any business, especially for a legal firm renowned for excellence.

So when one site stops working and the incumbent supplier says; “no can do”, who can you turn to?

Solution

As soon as it became clear that the incumbent supplier couldn’t correct the problem, G-Force were called and responded immediately.

Within a 24 hour period, telecoms and connectivity were restored through the deployment of a new Horizon cloud solution.

Once this step toward a cloud system was taken, G-Force carefully planned a procedure to migrate the remaining three sites to a united and single telecoms solution.

Not only did a consolidated solution represent significant financial savings for the client, but the administrative efficiencies in which calls can be internally transferred from one site to another has revolutionised in-house comms for the firm.
