Well in advance of the transition, G-Force carried out a comprehensive site audit and where then able to present the optimum solution and in achievable time-frame that represented zero risk.
As the new premises had access to strong connectivity, a cloud based Horizon telephony system offered the client great value and scalability. Using a cloud solution also enabled the client to retain their telephone numbers with ease.
G-Force also oversaw installation of a dedicated WiFi network within the warehouse in order provide connectivity to all areas of operation and in particular to aid real time stock management.
In order to deliver a seamless transition, G-Force worked over the weekend to ensure that connectivity and telecoms where in full action when the company re-opened at 3am on the Monday morning.
