Summary

A growing digital marketing company based in rural Cheshire needed to secure their connectivity and implement a scalable telecoms platform to meet their growing needs.

G-Force deployed x2 leased lines to the client’s offices, activating one line initially, with the second ready to meet further growth demands. This initial capital outlay for the project was offset by migrating the clients phone system to a more cost effective IP cloud based solution.

Problem

Based in leafy Thelwall on the outskirts of Warrington, Dreamscape are an ultra-modern digital company but due to their location, suffered from intermittent and poor connectivity issues.

Limited support, advice and guidance was available from national service providers so Dreamscape needed to find a trusted and credible service provider to manage their business critical communications systems.

Solution

After an initial consultation with the client, we moved to carry out a survey of available connectivity routes. Once we had established which carriers were able to roll-out leased line connectivity, we costed and time-framed the project for the client.

In addition to this, we also recommended that the client migrate their ISDN based telephony system over an IP based solution which would reduce ongoing operational costs.

In order to mitigate against any interruption to the clients day-to-day business operations, the project was deployed and scheduled during the festive break. By the time the client arrived back to work in January, their new leased lines and phone systems were up and running.
