Solution
After an initial consultation with the client, we moved to carry out a survey of available connectivity routes. Once we had established which carriers were able to roll-out leased line connectivity, we costed and time-framed the project for the client.
In addition to this, we also recommended that the client migrate their ISDN based telephony system over an IP based solution which would reduce ongoing operational costs.
In order to mitigate against any interruption to the clients day-to-day business operations, the project was deployed and scheduled during the festive break. By the time the client arrived back to work in January, their new leased lines and phone systems were up and running.
