G-Force Open Day - Updated Itinerary and Latest News

The G-Force Open Day on the 11th June is getting closer, and we have an updated itinerary to share with everyone, plus some news to share with those of you who’ve signed up and anyone thinking about it.

With the G-Force Open Day just around the corner, we decided now would be a good time to share with you some more info about what’s going to be happening throughout the day.

The event officially opens at 9:00am, and we’re giving all attendees the chance to network with the exhibitors and check out a few of our product demonstrations. The exhibitors who have confirmed their attendance are, Pro-Networks, Sharples Group, Lorica Insurance Brokers, Dyne Solicitors, OBS Logistics, Bentleys Motor Group and Protive Security.

All the exhibitors will be offering business advice and support that we know will be hugely valuable to all our attendees.

Bentleys Motor Group will be showcasing their best fleet vehicles, and one of our partners Sharples Group will be providing attendees with a seminar demonstrating how you could be saving more on your printing bills.

Seminars

At 11:30 and again at 15:00, Sharples will be showing how a Sharples “Quick View” survey of your business will establish it’s true cost effectiveness and show you how to save money on your printing. A Sharples “Quick View” audit can save your business a minimum of 20% on your printing costs. It’s well worth taking the time to sit in on this great seminar.

Before that, at 10:30 and again at 14:00, there will be a chance to find out more about Microsoft Office 365 from the guys at O2. Office 365 is a secure and professional cloud-based service, meaning businesses can work from virtually anywhere from a range of devices. Stick around to see how your business could benefit from using Office 365.

Demonstrations

As well as two great seminars, we’re also going to be providing attendees with demonstrations of several products that can all help to make your business more efficient.

First up is the PRO 8275 from TomTom Telematics which promises to be a real game changer in the fleet management industry. There’ll also be an opportunity to find out more about WebFleet , with user tips and advice from our trained team members.

We’re also going to be discussing phone systems. If you’re wondering which is the best phone system for your business, then we can help you come up with the best solution for your individual business requirements.

And, finally, we’re really excited to be able to demonstrate our new Konftel Conferencing Units. These fantastic devices are helping people to conduct meetings right the way around the world, employing up to the minute technology such as their patented audio system “Omnisound”.

And, if all this wasn’t enough, there’s also going to be a fantastic BBQ provided by the gang at BIG 5 Catering, which is going to be producing food for everyone at the event.
