Introducing The New TomTom Bridge

TomTom have released a new product that seamlessly combines TomTom technology with business applications. It promises to improve the efficiency of your fleet.

This week, for our blog, we took a look at the Bridge and see why it’s such a cool new piece of kit!

The new TomTom Bridge comes with TomTom Maps and TomTom Traffic, and combines Near-Field Communication, camera, WiFi and a 3G modem. It’s designed for businesses with large fleets, and stands to revolutionise the way you do business.

Managing Director of TomTom, Corinne Vigreux, believes the Bridge “opens up a world of possibilities to every business that runs a fleet of vehicles.”

TomTom Bridge is designed to be “an easy and flexible way for businesses to develop applications that seamlessly connect to TomTom technology, “ she continued. Bridge is the “new way for any type of business on the move to harness the power of our technology to work more efficiently, saving time and money.”

TomTom are also planning to launch a WEBFLEET integrated version, which will further enhance the TomTom Bridge’s design. WEBFLEET is one of TomTom’s most popular products, and the prospect of partnering it with the Bridge is an exciting one.
