Maintenance and Training

We maintain your chosen phone systems and can provide ISDN, SIP and analogue lines. We have a team of specialist engineers who are trained to the highest standards on specific systems, meaning you get the very highest levels of support.

We offer a range of comprehensive maintenance options for our customers. Our customers have access to various methods of contact including an online case system to track and report your faults, and a dedicated 0800 number. We have 24 hour coverage to suit you.

Options such as one fixed fee for the year or cover on a “per job” basis with one fixed labour fee for any fault regardless of call out duration. We are partners on all the systems we support to gain manufacturer support for fast fault resolution.

Here at G-Force Communications we appreciate the impact a new, fully featured telephone system can have and the trepidation staff members often feel when using it.

So to help overcome this we now have a full range of training solutions for both administrators and end users. We currently cover NEC & Samsung systems.

Our BICSI RCDD accredited team can assist you with the design, development, and management of your cabling projects. From site survey to completion, our project management team will liaise on a regular basis to keep customers informed of our progress. A Project Manager is assigned to every job ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.

All our work is tested and labelled to the relevant standards, and documentary evidence of testing is provided upon completion of all works.
