Problem

Vehicle recovery operators need to be connected, trackable and accountable.

Ensuring a central solution monitors, captures and records vehicle movements and location round the clock is a fundamental requirement to their operations.

Solution

The TomTom Telematics solution deployed feeds back real time vehicle location and movement date which is critical to co-ordinating with the emergency service, day-to-day operations and contractual obligations.

The solution also integrated directly to the clients Recovery Management System Apex, providing a holistic solution to the client’s needs.

Furthermore, the data received can be used to monitor fuel consumption and tyre wear, helping the client to significantly reduce and control baseline costs.
